Your Open House Model Home & Factory Tour will include:
- A self guided tour of Penn Lyon Homes corporate complex.
- A factory tour – see inside a modular factory and witness
first hand the exceptional craftsmanship and attention to
detail that goes into every Penn Lyon Home.
- A model home tour – walk through Penn Lyon Homes West
Gate IV model home. This luxurious two-story home features
more than 2,800 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms
and 2 ˝ baths.
- Plus, you will have the opportunity to tour Penn Lyon Homes
exquisite state-of-the-art design center featuring more than
1,700 square feet of options and upgrades – including many
custom Penn Craft Kitchens.

The Penn Lyon Homes Open House is held on the second or third
Saturday each month. Space is limited for each event. To
reserve your space for the next available Open House simply
complete the pre-registration form below.

- You must be 18years or older to participate in the
factory tour.
- If a Saturday Tour is not convenient for you, individual
tours are available Monday through Friday. Please contact
your independent Penn Lyon Builder to schedule your tour.
